**Please note that we cannot, by regulation, provide you with a script if Dr Fourie has not seen the patient within 1 year. Please schedule an appointment if that is the case and you wish to continue the medication.**

If your child has been assigned a medication and script by Dr Fourie and you require a repeat script, please select the appropriate option presented below to send us a request.

Please allow for 24 hours for your request to be processed.

Only the following medications are R150:

Prescription requests are subject to clinical review. Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Your request will be reviewed before a prescription is prepared. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information about your child’s medication, dosage and any changes to their health or medication since their last consultation. If there have been significant changes in your health or treatment, a consultation may be required before a prescription can be issued.
